Nurse Practitioner Dover DEWe are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Dover, DE. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point/joint injections and Regen med injections. This position will mostly be covering our office in Dover, with potentially 1 day per week covering our office in Smyrna. About us:We are an integrative physical medical clinic serving patients in Dover and Smyrna, DE. We employ the latest forms of integrative medicine techniques, to free patients from debilitating pain, encourage healing and mobility, and help regain an active lifestyle. Our practice has more than 50 years of combined expertise in all aspects of injuries and chronic pain. Our patients come to us because of our experienced doctors and providers who deliver the best care, minimal wait times and streamlined approach to care within our state-of-the-art office, and our friendly and courteous doctors and office staff! We provide exceptional quality and patient-centered healthcare through teamwork and leadership. Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care- Trigger Point Injections, Joint Injections, Regenerative Medicine (PRP), Orthopedic Bracing, and Medical weight loss management
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in DE
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm
- $110k-120k base pay plus bonuses
- Bonus compensation: Quarterly bonuses based on revenue produced. Yearly bonus
- 3 weeks PTO/Vacation
