Duties:
- Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
- Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
- Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Office upkeep as needed
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- PT License in MD
- Full time (flexible on hours worked but expect 30-40/wk)
- $80k -$94k per year (depending on hours worked i.e., 40 hrs/week =$94k)
- Bonus Compensation – production based
- Vacation/PTO plus paid holidays
- Health insurance stipend
