Role Expectations:

Packout finished product according the order requirements per the product schedule.
Utilize safety measures to lift and palletize heavy finished good boxes from the conveyors onto the pallets.
Moves packaged products to staging area for storage/shipping.

Our Requirements:

Ability to work in a team environment.
Performs duties with the highest regard for safety and quality.
Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies and procedures.
Works well and cooperates with others in a team environment to get the job done and to meet production goals.
Willingness to cross train in support of other teams

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED
Lift 50 pounds
Adapt to climate change
Experience operating manufacturing machinery
One-year experience working in a factory a must
Basic math and reading
The ability to be a team player
