We are seeking a Medical Center COO to lead our growing company. We are currently a six physician, multi-specialty, multi-location healthcare provider in the KC Metro area. The right candidate will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction as we grow our current five locations into a fifteen location healthcare system!

Responsibilities:

• Set the company's strategy and direction
• Create and build the company's culture
• Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals
• Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors
• Financial growth and well-being of the company
