HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Large Healthcare Network in the Deerfield, IL area.
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:
- The Hospice RN will manage their own assigned caseload within the designated patient areas and will coordinate assessment, hospice criteria, and ongoing care planning for their patients.
- The RN will coordinate with physicians and other medical team members on updates or changes to the patients condition or care plan and will provide support to patients families through end of life process.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm
- Minimal On-call, 7 hour shift - one day per month!
- Nursing Graduate
- Licensed RN in Illinois
- CPR/First Aid Certs
- Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance procedures
- Prior experience in Hospice, ICU, or Geriatrics
- Fluent in Polish or Russian
- Autonomy!
