Bilingual Patient Enrollment RepresentativeHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Patient Enrollment Representative to fill an opening in Oxnard, CA!Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Patient Enrollment Representative:

Conducts face-to-face outreach and enrollment broker services to beneficiaries in a group and individual presentations.
Presents Managed Care Options to beneficiaries and assists them in using their health care plans
Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

Required Qualifications for Bilingual Patient Enrollment Representative:

HS Diploma and/or GED
Bilingual – English and Spanish – fluent
6 months of experience in a medical CSR Setting
Willing to float to other locations (Mileage is reimbursed)
Valid CA Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and Auto insurance
Has a home office space with reliable internet (will work from home 2 days per month)
Lives in the Oxnard area
