HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Manhattan, NY.

Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:
- Perform Physical Therapy in patients homes
- Work alongside nursing team and physician to assess and develop plan of care for patients
- M-F 8am-5pm
- Current PT License
- 1 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- PTO - 20 days | Sick - 7 days | Personal - 5 days | 7 Observed Holidays (RNs rotate holiday schedule
- 401(k) and mileage reimbursement
- Company paid life insurance and Employee Stock Ownership after 1-year
$5K sign on bonus 1st year and $3K retention bonus after (starts at end of 2nd year)
