HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a Skilled Nursing Facility in Weymouth, MA.
Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:Performs patient evaluations in accordance with agency policy and procedure. Selects appropriate diagnostic material to assess all aspects of patient care.Informs the physician of the results of the assessment and recommended clinical interventions prior to initiating care.Develops and documents appropriate treatment plans for patients including selecting appropriate intervention approaches, strategies, materials and establishing treatment priorities.Provides an organized and efficient patient treatment which includes advising, educating and counseling the patient.Presents pertinent patient information to physicians and keeps team members informed of patient status and treatment plan.Provides appropriate treatment to patients according to patient needs and within the parameters set by the facilityRequired Qualifications for Physical Therapist:Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from school of Physical Therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation on Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) Current State Licensure in state of MAAt least 1 year of experience as a licensed PTShifts for Physical Therapist:8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pmBenefits for Physical Therapist:
