Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to fill an opening in El Paso, Texas .
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator :
- Will solely be in the front office check in and check out, busy clinic with about 20-40 patients per day
- Scheduling, insurance verification, register patients, load everything into the system NextGen, updating prescriptions, uploading documents patients sign
- Taking phone calls to troubleshoot with patients (insurance) or getting them to the right place (ex - financial counseling)
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator :
Completed assessment. Please send the below link to the candidate after a quick initial screening to determine that they meet minimum requirements, are okay with pay rate range, and are comfortable with the commute.
Once they complete the assessment, please tag Gillian / Hanna in a note in BH letting us know. We’ll reach out to the manager to ask for the results.
If they pass, we’ll let you know & we’ll set up the candidate for an interview. At that time, you’ll also complete the remainder of your prescreen.
- 2 years front office medical knowledge checking patients in and out, handling calls, insurance verification, scheduling appointments
- Compassionate ability to be empathetic and understand the patient’s situation
