HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field RN Case Manager to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in Manhattan, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Field RN Case Manager:
- Assist Providers in assuring complete and accurate documentation and coding, medication reconciliation, nursing rounds, assessment, and patient documentation
- Assist the provider/team with benefit determination associated with Medicare part A, part B, and part D benefits
- 8-5pm M-F (In the Field/Remote)
- Active and unrestricted license in NY and BLS
- Minimum 1 year working in a hospital or Long-Term Care facility as an RN
- Full COVID Vaccine Required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance
