Daily Responsibilities for Operations Analyst:
- Utilize excel or Smartsheet to create templates for auditing data
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of process documents
- Research multiple sources to provide data for recommendations
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Manage contractor on-off boarding
- Audit vendor activity
Preferred Qualifications for Operations Analyst:What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?
- Intermediate Excel - need to be able to create formulas and pivot tables, some with complexities, minimum 5 years
- Smartsheet - preferred, minimum 5 years
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to think outside the box
