Daily Responsibilities for Hybrid Stop-Loss & Utilization Risk (Registered Nurse) position:
- Identify high-risk patients and engage them in appropriate care management protocols
- Communicate cross-functionally with case management, claims, and underwriting
- Evaluate risks in stop loss groups, participate in quality improvement efforts, and identify opportunities for lower cost or alternative benefit options
Requirements:
- Active/Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the state of New Jersey
- 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience working within a MCO, health plan, or TPA setting
- Highly knowledgeable in complex case management, disease management, utilization review, and/or utilization management
- Must possess excellent communication skills and computer proficiencies
- HYBRID work schedule 3 days work from home and 2 days in office
- Unmatched benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401k, plenty of PTO and paid holidays
- $76,800 - $102,795 depending on years of relevant experience
- Annual bonus potential up to 10%
