Description

HTS is now hiring a Physical Therapist to join our supportive and motivated therapy team at a senior living facility located in Greencastle, Indiana (Putnam County, midway between Indianapolis and Terre Haute). The facility is a large continuing care retirement community with a well-equipped therapy gym featuring a full ADL kitchen, strength and endurance equipment and modalities including estim and ultrasound.

The therapist in this position will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses from SNF, ALF, Memory Care and occasional outpatient on an as needed, PRN basis. We can offer consistent hours too if desired.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
