Overview
Scope of Responsibilities : Oversees the day-to-day operations of entire store. Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Provide direct supervision and managerial oversight necessary for the efficient and profitable management of a store.
