Key Responsibilities :
Source, pre-screen and qualify candidates for healthcare provider roles
Present top candidates to leadership for hire weekly
Manage high-volume recruitment processes

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, screen, and recommend talented prospective candidates for employment
- Use a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Indeed, to attract candidates
- Create and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Serve as a resource for candidates and the team onboarding them throughout the recruitment process
- Ongoing collaboration with HealthDrive SME's on potential process improvement
- Development / Coordination / Assistance with other programs as needed and identified
Qualifications
- Proven track record in healthcare recruitment
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals as well as providers such as Dentists, Optometrists, Podiatrists, Audiologists and Nurse Practitioners
- Strong background in high-volume recruiting environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience required
