In this On-Call role you will :

• Develop and deliver comprehensive health education classes covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to weight management, heart health, diabetes, nutrition, exercise and fitness, mental health / wellness, improving sleep, pregnancy and newborn care, healthy children, healthy aging, quit smoking / vaping, cancer, and kidney disease.
• Customize educational materials and curriculum to meet the diverse needs of patients, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and innovative approaches to engage participants and foster behavior change.
• Provide individualized guidance and support to participants, addressing their specific health concerns and goals.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in health education, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

Job Summary :

Presents, and educates on health education programs and services. This includes coordinating and delivering trainings or other educational encounters, assisting in maintaining and updating educational and training resources, and helping to collect and analyze data from classes and programs.

Roles in this subfunction also assess and understand the individual needs of trainees, both from a classroom perspective and a broader population perspective.
