Location: Florence, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time

Travel: No

Compensation: $220k - $250k / Year

Bonus: RVU

Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage, Loan Forgiveness, $200 Bi Weekly Wellness Credit, HSA Contributions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team in Florence, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to patients, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of conditions. This position requires a strong commitment to quality care, excellent communication skills, and a desire to continuously improve patient care.

Duties:

1. Provide exceptional primary care services to our patients, which includes diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.

2. Conduct routine check-ups to assess patients' health condition and discover possible issues.

3. Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, and nurses to form a high performing medical team.

4. Develop a comprehensive, personalized care plan for each patient and adjust it as required.

5. Interoperate patient symptoms and medical history to diagnose health issues.

6. Follow up with patients regarding preventive care, medication management, and appropriate health screenings.

7. Consult with appropriate medical specialists when required to ensure the highest level of patient care.

8. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment that promotes high-quality patient care.

9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical treatments and procedures through continuous learning and professional development initiatives.

10. Uphold the standards of confidentiality and ethical medical conduct.

Other Requirements:

  • Arizona MD/DO License (Or able to obtain)
  • Completion of Family Medicine Program in USA (Excluding Puerto Rico)
