Job Description
Hudson Hospital & Clinic is looking for a Pharmacist for our Community Pharmacy. Available shifts include day/evening and weekend. The ideal candidate will have initiative, good triaging skills, and experience in a fast-paced pharmacy.
Pharmacists provide professional pharmaceutical services by:

• Verifying medication orders and dispensing medications and related supplies.
• Monitoring patient medication therapies.
• Providing drug information to healthcare providers.
• Overseeing the work of direct support personnel.
• Knowledgeable about and monitors healthcare trends and happenings in community state, and region as well as nationally.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key constituents and all levels of management and employees.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate o patients of all age groups.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year hospital and/or retail pharmacy experiencepreferred.
• Doctorate preferred.
