As a provider assistant at HealthPartners Clinic Stillwater, you are responsible for a variety of patient care duties and other related duties in the clinical setting that include documentation of medical information, administration of medications/vaccinations and treatments, as well as obtaining medical histories, vital signs, etc. The provider assistant assists the healthcare providers in the timely delivery of services per physician/RN direction and according to Clinic policies and procedures. All programs and activities are designed to support the short- and long-term mission, vision, goals, and objectives of HealthPartners Clinic Stillwater.

Work Schedule:

• .9 FTE/36 hours per week. Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri 7:45am – 5:15pm
• $3,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma/equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (current certification as a MA preferred), current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin, or graduate of an accredited EMT program.
• Current CPR certification required through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in EPIC computer system.
• One year experience working as a medical assistant in a clinic setting.
