Regions outpatient Rehab has an opportunity available for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Woodbury Rehab Clinic in a Ambulatory Reception Coordinator / Scheduler position.

To create and maintain a welcoming environment for all patients, visitors, and staff by providing exceptional customer service Independently performs patient check-in, registration / insurance verification, appointment scheduling, providing patient directions, monitoring wait times, and acting as a patient advocate.

This work may vary in percentage of time per function, in location, and working schedule. Performs related duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday 10 : 45-5 : 15

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year previous clerical and / or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications :

• Two years post-secondary education in Healthcare or Business Administration
• Three to four years in a health care setting
