At Healthpreneur, we’re seeking an individual who doesn’t just complete tasks, but thrives in challenges and redefines the benchmarks. If you’re a self-starter, independent, and see potential where others see a follower list, we are looking for you. 

Your Mission: Engage with top-tier health practitioners and coaches on Instagram (looking to scale their coaching business online). These will be a combination of our existing followers and new followers. You will open conversations and "court" them through a conversational process in the DMs so they either book a call with our sales team (for our higher level coaching) or enroll (directly from you) in our entry level program.

In a nutshell: A well-crafted conversation today could lead to a client for Healthpreneur and generous commission for you. And with an OTE of $80,000 per year when hitting your KPI’s, your efforts are not just impactful; they are well rewarded.

ROLE

Dedicate 30-40 hours weekly to harness the potential of Instagram. Your role is akin to a talent scout - identifying, connecting and qualifying people for potential partnerships. Successful enrollments lead to handsome compensations, with bonuses ready for those who consistently outperform.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Start and conduct conversations (using our Conversational Close™ script) with our ideal clients on Instagram, and determine which program they are fits for.
  • Set appointments for the sales team when appropriate AND be able to close a client in the chat for our beginner program. 
  • Keep a pulse on people who’ve booked a call with us OR have become clients (documents will be provided to help you do so) so you’re not wasting time with those who’ve already taken those steps.
  • Study relevant materials to have an excellent understanding of our coaching programs so you can effectively communicate its value and process to prospects and answer related questions, if needed.
  • Track and report daily numbers in our Sales Setter Performance tracking sheet.
  • Study Healthpreneur® Brand Identity document and related Company 
  • Culture documents to be 100% clear on our vision, core values, ideal clients/customers, important processes, and overall business model.
  • The secret code is HP2026
  • Spend at least 15 minutes each day reviewing and studying our sales training materials.
  • Post your daily performance (metrics to be provided) inside our Slack channel by the end of each day.
  • Submit a Weekly Report before every Sunday afternoon with insights and learnings from the week.

RESULTS (expected outcomes)

MAIN KPIs

  • Send 100 messages per day (to existing or new followers)
  • Book at least 1 qualified sales call per day
    • If you do a good job, at least 40% of the people you book into a sales call should enroll with us. You will be compensated on calls closed, not just booked to ensure for quality sets.
  • Sell at least 1 entry level program directly via chat per day
  • Chat Starts to Action (call booked or sale) is 15:1 or better

PROCESS

  • Speed to Lead: Messages are responded to within 1-2 hours max (while you're working)
  • Track/report your daily activity/results in our setter scorecard (Google Sheets)
  • Follow our script and show up daily for on-going training so you know how to handle any situation

REQUIREMENTS 

  • English first language
  • At least 1 year previous experience in sales AND/OR extensive training in sales/sales setting
  • Happy to spend a lot of your time having conversations with prospects via Instagram (or Facebook) DMs (either on your phone or desktop)
  • Comfortable with tech (ie. email, google sheets, Instagram, Facebook, etc..)
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with a customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
  • Persistent and results-oriented with the ability to self-manage (we are not looking to micro-manage) 
  • Thick skin and not bothered by hearing “No” or getting rejected
  • Must have a positive, teamwork type of attitude, a real “people person" 
  • Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable" 
  • Very organized - to track and keep on top of a lot of conversations
  • Highly coachable, able to absorb and apply new learning and commit to MASTERING your craft
  • Kind and curious - you must ask questions and be attentive to prospects needs
  • Emotional Intelligence - you must pick things up quickly and be able to read between the lines so that you can adapt our script (if needed) based on the conversation
  • Strong work ethic - you must be a hard worker and always looking to get better and do better

Compensation: Base
Commissions based on calls closed
Commissions based on entry-level programs sold directly in DM

OTE: $80,000
