HealthSource Saginaw (HSS) has partnered with Davis Training Institute to cover your costs for CNA training and examination fees. HSS will also cover associated training costs including TB and COVID-19 testing. In return and upon successful completion of the program, you become part of our outstanding team for a minimum of six (6) months working full-time side-by-side experienced CNAs to further you along in your career. Upon successful completion of the first six (6) months of your sponsored CNA position, you may be eligible for an additional one (1) year stay bonus of $ 1,500 for working full-time 2nd shift and $ 1,200 for working 3rd shift.
HSS provides tuition assistance and a comprehensive benefit package including paid time off, major medical, prescription, vision, dental, defined contribution retirement plan with up to 7% employer match, health reimbursement account, flex-spending account, employer paid life insurance and short and long term disability.
