Our small, family oriented dental office in SE Grand Rapids hiring a patient treatment coordinator due to an employee relocation. We have a loyal, long-term, dedicated team and amazing patients. We are looking for a customer-service oriented team member to welcome to our team!

Full time (M-Th) ideal, part-time possible! We take pride in treating our patients (and each other) like family and are looking for somebody who will be able to assist with the following:

• answering phones
• scheduling patients (hygiene and restorative appointments)
• coordinating specialist reports
• providing treatment plan estimates
• verifying insurance copayments/payments
• collecting payments
• basic housekeeping duties at end of day
• at this time we cannot provide medical insurance but dental insurance for you and immediate family is a benefit

We are timely, attention-detailed, and caring. Dental experience preferred, but previous medical receptionist experience and/or customer service experience also welcomed and we would love to train you.
