Healthy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near South Windsor, CT

It takes a village to raise a child. Healthy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a specialty dental practice that serves the children in our “villages” in and around South Windsor, CT. We welcome children from infancy through adolescence, as well as individuals with Special Health Care Needs.

Our office is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized front desk receptionist. Tasks include but are not limited to new patient intake, answering multi-phone line system, scheduling patients, verifying patient insurance, patient billing, preparing and processing all insurance claims including husky, insurance pre-authorizations, filing, and handling accounts receivables. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but willing to train a prospective motivated team member. Starting at $18/hr BUT negotiable with experience.

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Summer hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
