Join our Brooklyn, New York team as we seek experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional care. Here's what you'll do:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Manage a caseload of 23-25 patients daily, delivering top-notch care.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule, with options for Monday - Thursday 8am-5 pm and Friday 9 am-1 pm shifts.
• No weekends, on-call duties, or hospital rounds required.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions as necessary.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic condition management.
• Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Proficiency in Spanish or medical Spanish is Preferred.
