Job Summary
**SIGN ON BONUS**
Mid-Level Practitioner License is required. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Provider to join our healthcare team. As a FT or PT-Wound Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with wounds, ensuring their comfort and promoting healing. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.
General Accountabilities
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds, including venipuncture and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on assessment findings
- Provide wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and application of topical medications
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Job Qualifications

Must hold an active Mid-Level Practitioner License
- Strong knowledge and experience in wound care management
- Ability to triage patients effectively in emergency situations
- Experience in acute care settings, such as ER or ICU recommended but not required
- Familiarity with hospice palliative medicine for end-of-life wound care
- Experience working in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is preferred
- Understanding of behavioral health considerations in wound care
- Driving is required, dependable vehicle is a must
- Rounding practices in skilled nursing, assisted living, and clinic settings are essential for patient care.
Location
Seattle and Spokane, Spokane Valley Washington and surrounding areas.
