Summary

Skilled, creative person who strive to provide excellent support to the plant staff and controlling production processes, inventories (in and out), sanitation, daily and weekly maintenance program and equipment’s, amongst other. Supervise and delegate activities for and to Production Staff, baker, packaging, delivery and inventory areas. Responsible for quality control, maintenance, production.

To be a successful Production Coordinator, you should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. Be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of the different production process levels.

Responsable del control de calidad. Para ser exitoso en esta posicion debes ser eficiente, amistoso, determinado y tener entendimiento de los diferentes procesos de produccion.

Responsibilities

· Work at different stations as production requires. Trabajar en las diferentes estaciones con forme sea requerido.

· Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls. Control de calidad.

· Keep track of the different processes. Attention to details, especially when mixing and performing quality control work on ingredients, Dough, to avoid rejection, bubbles on doughs, etc. . Mantener el control de los diferentes procesos de la produccion.

· Be sure that the bakery is well-stocked of raw materials required to make their products and operating smoothly. / Mantener inventario al dia.

· Before leaving on a daily base, to check that cleaning of work stations and equipment and restocking workstations ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift and or working day. / Proceso de cierre y apertura de la fabrica

· To schedule a deep clean once a week of the different working spaces. / Mantenimiento

· Willingness to work independently and help other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods. / Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo para la resolucion de problemas.

· Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and Holliday availability. / Flexibilidad en el horario.

· Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
