SUMMARY
Under general supervision, performs basic to advanced NIS keying functions and transactions while performing expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months or more of successful CDS Global experience in a data capture department.
Intermediate verbal and written English communication skills Successful experience to maintain performance expectations consistently.
Basic math skills.
Intermediate PC knowledge and skills (know how to navigate online, understand simple PC terms/jargon).
Working knowledge and skills to use job aids and a defined set of methods or operations processes while adhering to quality guidelines.
Above average attention to detail skills.
Above average accuracy and quality of work.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM.
10key skills preferred.
Salary
Hours can be worked Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
