This breadth helps give our team unique perspectives into the needs of Hearst’s reader and viewership across the globe.
Your Impact
The Hearst E-Commerce team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support our e-commerce advertising products across Hearst Magazines. As the Program Manager on the E-Commerce Advertising team, you will be responsible for building and managing all elements of a new advertising program. As a member of recently formed E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for managing an external vendor for program execution, while balancing the requirements of internal stakeholders in Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Product Management, Category Management and more. You will identify opportunities to build/improve processes, build and analyze program reporting and metrics, and find opportunities for program growth.
About You
The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed and curious owner that embraces ambiguity and enjoys building programs from scratch. You should have excellent communication skills that span from visual documentation to verbal presentation of complex ideas in easy-to-understand ways. You will also have a track record of collaborating effectively with a variety of stakeholders to define and build programs. With our many partners across multiple organizations, you should also have comfort presenting concepts from junior to executive stakeholders. Finally, you should love digging into the details of your programs, developing a deep understanding of what drives performance. If you’re interested in a startup environment with an opportunity to define new programs in support of our Hearst media brands, then this may be the role for you.
