Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical terminology, front desk operations, and scheduling to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments

- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers

- Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinical

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role (preferred)

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (preferred)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
