Responsibilities
Participate as a CNA to fill in shift where there are vacancies.
Develop, train, and coaching employees in their role as caregivers.
Report to RN supervisor or LPN of the experience with clients when filling in for coverage or any concerns or issues regarding client services.
Participate with daily huddles as needed to learn updates of services for clients.
Overall knowledge of the distinct roles and function of the office.
Participation in individual meetings and monthly team meetings.
Periodically conduct quality reviews with caregivers to identify if the caregiver is following policies.
Maintain a positive attitude and be open and prepared to accept other duties as assigned, in a Home Care business that is always changing.
Identifies and participates in Key Performance Improvements (KPIs) activities:
Orient CNA/PCA with clients, set up a plan of care, and review the VA paperwork to ensure client and caregiver is aware of the care needs criteria assigned by VA.
Send a summary email DAILY to Debbie and Olivia regarding your daily activities, what you did for that day, any issues or concerns from the client, any issues with VA paperwork, etc.
Assess Caregivers for their appearance and following the dress code. Complete customer questionnaire with the caregiver, assist caregivers to complete their online google rating for Heart for Seniors.
Qualifications
Oklahoma CNA license or PCA
Valid Oklahoma driver license
Reliable private transportation with valid auto insurance
Negative TB skin test
Current CPR certification
Full Covid-19 vaccination preferred
Proficiency education and training
Annual state-mandated flu program
Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test
Fingerprinting at your own expense (estimated $10)
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (Form I-9)
