Position Summary :

Under minimal supervision, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Heart Electrification Rebate Program.

• Administrative duties of daily processes.
• Creating work orders
• Scheduling.
• Submitting rebates
• Verification of rebate approval
• Following up on rebate process
• Working with multiple departments and systems
• Working with vendors for appointments and equipment
• Equipment orders status
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
• Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.

EXPERIENCE

2 years of administrative work (preferred)

MATERIAL / EQUIPMENT USED

• Computer / cell phone / tablet.
• Company provided cell phone
