This internship is designed to expose students or new graduates to the Human Resources function within a company through hands-on experience and training. Assignments will be given across various HR disciplines including recruiting, on-boarding, credentialing, and HRIS administration RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under supervision, independently performing daily transactional tasks.

• Assisting with HR processes and and policy analysis.

• Research HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

• Completion of special projects.

• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Must display excellent organizational skills, time management, confidentiality and attention to detail

• Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, keyboarding for prolonged periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

• General administrative office work, including but not limited to responding to answering the phone, making photocopies.

• Adaptable to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.

• Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required

Education and Experience

• Must be a student in good standing at an accredited college or university, currently enrolled in an undergraduate major such as Human Resources, organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.

• Ability to use the internet to research policy questions and best practices.

• Adaptable and able to learn new programs and software quickly. :
