The Seasonal Call Center Sales Representativeis responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers, accurately entering orders and customer information, following call center scripts, and answering questions and providing solutions. We offer a competitive hourly wage with potential to be hired on as permanent. You are required to attend a two-week training at our Chaska location. Hybrid remote of 1 day per week in office after training.
Shift details:
- Shifts available are full time and part-time
o 4-hour minimum availability
o Availability between 10 am and 6 pm is definite plus
- Some evening availability is preferred
- Every other weekend availability required
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Answering phones to process orders/customer inquiries
- Maintain, verify, and enter accurate customer/order information into the database
- Engage with and build a relationship with the customer and the HLA brand
- Dedication to deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Data entry – Ability to use a computer/keyboard
- Strong spelling and grammar skills
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Sales and service driven
- Customer focused, friendly demeanor and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to operate independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
