Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor leads a team of Account Specialists who visit customer accounts to obtain product replenishment orders and service the outlet.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, teach, and coach Account Specialists. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback. Identifies and evaluates employee developmental needs using available reports and observations.
Monitor and track individual and team sales performance. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Adhere to and execute the look of success. Ensure the team is following established sales processes and procedures.
