Regional Support Recruiter – Doctor Recruiting

The regional support recruiter will assist their designated recruitment team and respective service regions through a variety of efforts. This is a remotely based opportunity that will require travel within an assigned region, for team meetings or national events, serving as representative of the doctor recruitment division.

This individual will support ongoing initiatives within the department and their respective regions while continuously striving for self-improvement to achieve and exceed benchmarks.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Provide support to assigned Dr. Recruiting team for contract addendums, contract updates, early signing bonuses and other documents as requested.
  • Review, prepare and process all related documents according to established process workflow including updating applicant tracking system.
  • Act as a liasion between Dr. Recuiting and support office teams as needed.
  • Provide support to Temp/Locum Dr Recruiting team as needed.
  • Manage Doctor candidate inquiries received through Dr. Recruiting department phone line and email.
  • Assist doctor recruiting team with pre-event coordination and post-event follow up, including updating applicant tracking system with leads generated and ongoing communication with potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach with internal referrals and responses received via ongoing marketing strategies.
  • Provide sourcing support as needed through various recruitment challenges. Conduct follow up through various recruitment channels; proactively sourcing and recruiting qualified Doctors for our supported dental offices.
  • Participate in the development of long term relationships with prospective candidates, supported doctors, and field operations to develop a strong pipeline of doctors necessary to support growth strategies.
  • Travel to support quarterly department meetings.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, with familiarity of iCIMS or comparable ATS preferred
  • Understanding of Adobe EchoSign
  • Baseline understanding of contract design.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques
  • Organized, highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to work remotely/independently
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a professional, fast paced environment
  • Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality, with ability to build rapport quickly

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25% travel)
