POSITION SUMMARY

As our Admin Assistant/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and it will be your job to ensure that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

In this role, you will have the chance to interact with our customers on a daily basis, helping them with their heating and cooling needs and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering the phones and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Schedule emergency and non-urgent service calls.
  • Sort and distribute the mail.
  • Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and additional functions as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 plus years of customer service
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Google Drive, including Google Docs, Sites, Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize.

Pay: $20-22 per hour
