Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the working with our sales operations on purchasing orders for our clients—compensation up to $20 / hour.
What You'll Be Doing as an Admin Assistant - Purchasing :
- Processes incoming sales quotes, procuring needed equipment and ensuring accuracy in all documentation
- Research and resolve discrepancies prior to processing.
- Generate invoices for sales orders to charge customers or leasing companies.
- Assists with additional administrative tasks.
