Join our team at SAFEty Initiatives and be a part of providing essential residential services for unaccompanied minors and Home Study and Post Release Services (HSPR) for children up to seventeen years old. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that meets the diverse needs of these children until they can be safely reunited with their families. As a Home Study and Post-Release Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to conduct home visits locally and out of state, ensuring the safety and well-being of these children. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree is required. One year of relevant experience is required. Experience in family reunification, home assessment and report writing, family preservation and/or general child welfare.
