Come join our Heartland Label Printers Family! We are looking for an intern to join our growing Sales Team in Little Chute, WI. Internship could be for the summer or year-round depending on your interest. 

Typical office hours are: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, but we are able to allow some flexibility in the hours of work to accommodate your schedule.

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate/ Intern is responsible for providing administrative assistance to assigned sales representatives to help promote company products to existing and potential customers. They will also provide administrative assistance to the sales department and Label division.

Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

• Schedule and coordinate customer visits for assigned sales representatives.
• Contact current customers to ensure timely flow and accuracy of orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for status on orders ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met. Also handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating changes to customers.
• Manage the sample request process
• Keep accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system
• Provide inside sales responsibilities (Explain service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, prepare quotes, and sales order forms.
• Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, reports, and presentation information.
• Complete various projects and maintain reports for the overall label business.
• Other duties as assigned

Required  

• Enrolled in a university majoring in a Business, Sales, Marketing-related field.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Enrolled in a university majoring in a Business, Sales, Marketing-related field.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Must be proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and CRM systems
