SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Client Maintenance position. This individual is responsible for managing the closure process of client accounts efficiently and accurately. This includes ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, confirming the fulfillment of contractual obligations, and coordinating with various departments to finalize account closure. The specialist must maintain a high level of attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure accounts are closed correctly and in compliance with regulatory requirements.What will you be doing?
  • Review and verify account closure requests to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation for account closure.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled prior to closing account
  • Communicate with CSM’s to confirm closure requests and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Process final billing accurately and promptly to reflect account closure, minimizing revenue loss and ensuring financial integrity.
  • Update internal systems and records to reflect account closure and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up on closed accounts to ensure all necessary steps were completed and resolve any post-closure issues
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all account closure processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to account closure.
  • Update internal systems and records promptly to reflect account closure, maintaining data accuracy and supporting business reporting needs.
What are the requirements?Education/CertificationBachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent operational, retention, or account management experience.Experience Required
  • At least 3 years related operational, retention, or account management experience
  • Has experience meeting goals with defined metrics and a proven track record of success.
  • Previous Payroll experience is desirable but not required
