Heartline Fitness is looking for a Warehouse Associate/ Forklift Operator to join our growing team!

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be trained in aspects of Heartline Fitness’ delivery and install operations. Heartline uses an advanced and customized CRM/ERP system, NetSuite, to manage its operations and key performance indicators (KPI's). Through this system, we achieve operational excellence and communicate as one team to execute our brand promises to our customers and vendors.

We are looking for an individual that looks forward to employee, client, and vendor interaction and can multi-task on a high level as an assistant for our Order Fulfillment & Installation Division. Experience in warehouse logistics, product assembly, product testing, handling incoming/outbound calls and emails, scheduling, and order tracking are ideal.

The position requires an exceptionally organized and dependable candidate with the commitment and the drive to work on a team. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must to keep customers and employees fully informed and motivated. Having a forklift operator certification is highly preferred, however if Heartline Fitness is willing to get this person certified if hired.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times
• Perform quarterly cycle counts on inventory to ensure accuracy
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse
• Operate heavy machinery such as a forklift
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines
• Ship and fulfill customer orders in inventory system
• Be resilient, optimistic and open to change

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse setting, shipping and inventory experience preferred
• Experience with operating a forklift is required
• 1-2 years NetSuite/Salesforce or comparable CRM experience in a warehouse or supply chain management required; training in our use of NetSuite will be provided
• Physically able to stand, sit, and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
