Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with various HR tasks.

Duties:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job openings on various platforms and monitor applicant tracking systems
- Assist with resume screening and initial candidate assessments
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Support employee relations activities and assist in maintaining positive relationships with current employees

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Have strong organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as ADP is a plus
- Knowledge of executive recruiting processes and best practices
