The HeartShare St. Vincent's Services (HSVS) Special Medical Preventative Program is committed to a client-centered, family-focused and culturally responsive approach to clinical services; welcoming all persons with kindness and respect, and effectively engaging clients in a broad spectrum of high quality, highly individualized behavioral health services.
We are looking for a MSW student intern with some social work experience, good time management, verbal and written communication skills. You must be a 1st or 2nd year graduate school student in an accredited social work program. You will carry a minimum of 4 cases with one hour supervision per week.
Bachelor Degree required; enrolled in MSW program
Commitment at least 21 hours a week; depending on graduate program requirements
Willing to make home visits to clients homes throughout New York City
Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, trainings, & weekly supervision
