Requirements:

* Home health experience preferred, not required. Will train the right candidates.
* Valid licensure and ability to practice unencumbered in the State of Ohio.
* Must pass background check (BCI)
* Negative TB test result within the last 12 months
* CPR/First Aid Certification (Classes available in office)
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be very helpful but not required
