POSITION

The Quality Specialist will be responsible for inspecting and/or testing products before, during and after the manufacturing process to ensure that products align with company and legal standard. This position will be accountable for customer complaint investigations and outcomes. Additionally, this person will coordinate servicing, issuing replacements or credits to customer. This is a hybrid role with some days required in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating product inspections and filing detail reports
• Reviewing product inspections and providing feedback on inspections
• Seek answers and information on customer complaint and detailing investigation resolutions
• Updating certification details and answering product specific questions about the certificates
• Updating product quality plans
• Supporting company audits
• Coordinating factory audits
• Conducting product audits and communicating any necessary changes
• Answering technical requests and backup on product support questions
• Communicate with management and team members when problems arise and offer possible solutions to correct any product/procedure issues
