Heavy's Barburger is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering a fun, relaxed dining experience. As the General Manager, you will embody our fun, laidback culture while overseeing all aspects of operations in our scratch kitchen with full bar environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example, embodying the vibrant and energetic atmosphere of Heavy's Barburger.

2. Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

3. Maintain a high standard of food quality and consistency, ensuring that all items are prepared to our scratch kitchen standards.

4. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting and developing our team members to reach their full potential.

5. Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution of day-to-day operations.

6. Uphold the integrity of Heavy's Barburger brand by ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.

7. Cultivate strong relationships with guest, soliciting feedback and proactively addressing any concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.

8. Collaborate with ownership to develop and implement long-term business strategies to sustain high sales volume and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume establishment.

2. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.

3. Strong understanding of scratch kitchen operations and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

5. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.

6. High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
