We’re Looking For:
A dynamic Purchasing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. If you're passionate about the cannabis culture, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for numbers and organization, we want you!

Your Role:
As our Purchasing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our purchasing manager and CEO to revolutionize our purchasing process. You’ll dive deep into our vast product range, ensuring we always stock the newest and most sought-after items. Your day-to-day will involve meticulous vendor management, inventory oversight, and fostering clear communication channels across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leaders to refine and enhance the purchasing process.
• Master our product lines and brand offerings to optimize stock levels.
• Engage with top brands, securing the latest industry-leading products.
• Manage and organize critical data, including vendor lists and financial reports.
• Contribute to bookkeeping and inventory management using Quickbooks/SKULabs.
• Stay ahead of market trends to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
• General administrative duties to support purchasing and accounting efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical acumen and tech-savviness.
• A proactive, flexible approach, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.
• A collaborative spirit with a positive, open-minded attitude.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory management software a plus.
• A deep appreciation or interest in cannabis culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
