```Duties```
- Accompany healthcare providers during patient visits and accurately document medical information in real-time
- Transcribe medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans
- Enter orders for laboratory tests, medications, and other procedures as directed by the healthcare provider
- Assist with patient education by providing relevant materials and resources
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient encounters

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately capture information
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures and medication administration
- Familiarity with X-ray procedures and equipment is a plus
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred

As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in assisting healthcare providers with accurate documentation of patient encounters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive and detailed medical records. This position requires strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, as well as excellent attention to detail.
