About You:
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated mechanical design engineer with over 5 years of professional experience. If you have a strong background in managing complex MEP projects and process piping, coupled with expertise in mechanical HVAC systems, we want to hear from you! Your ability to design bespoke and efficient mechanical systems, seamlessly integrated within building structures, will be instrumental in driving our projects forward. Moreover, your adeptness in managing stakeholders, vendors, and consultants, particularly in manufacturing and industrial settings, will set you apart in this role. A few more details:

• Design HVAC and mechanical piping that are code complaint, cost-effective, and meet quality and schedule requirements
• Proficient in the use of: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Familiar with the following design and calculations: duct sizing & static pressure, axial fan sizing, piping and duct pressure drop, pump selection, and pipe sizing. Process piping experience a plus
• Experience in designing HVAC systems for: industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or data center type facilities
